We have the largest fleet of training aircraft in the Sydney region - helping you get the booking you want.

Our courses are designed by us and accredited by the NSW Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board. We do not buy courses from another organisation - we design our courses and control how they are taught.

Our sister school Hunter Valley Aviation alllows students to gain experience at another airport, and to enjoy facilities located in one of Australia's premier tourist areas - Hunter Winecountry.

Our aircraft are maintained to the highest standards - all are fully certified by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority as light aircraft - not ultralight aircraft which have lower maintenance standards.

Learn to fly with Basair and enjoy the experience of a professional flying instructor, great faciltiies, and a social environment second to none.

We have two options available - you can fly with Basair at Bankstown Airport in Sydney or you can fly with Hunter Valley Aviation in the Hunter Valley near Newcastle - our sister school.

A wide range of courses if available for all licence levels from Private Pilot through to Airline Transport Pilot.

Courses are accredited which means Australian students can study GST free.

Courses are also approved for international students, and student visas can be obtained for study.

We have many online resources available for the casual visitor - including a live WeatherCam from Bankstown Airport and a live RealAudio link to the Control Tower.
